Estimated U.S. delivery is generally 5-10 business days after processing.

Most U.S. orders are therefore expected to arrive approximately 6-13 business days after ordering.

Orders of US$34.99 or more qualify for free shipping.

Elunovae uses a multi-location fulfillment model and does not represent that all orders ship from one local warehouse.

9. Returns & Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within a 180-day return window from delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy .

For preference-based returns not caused by a product issue or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, Elunovae will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution after the issue is reviewed and confirmed.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled before shipment.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact service@elunovae.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Elunovae products may vary in size, materials, construction, texture, intended play style, and recommended use.

Customers should review the applicable product information and select toys that are appropriate for their dog's size, behavior, chewing habits, and intended type of play.

Dogs should be supervised during play where appropriate. Toys should be inspected regularly for excessive wear, loose components, tears, damaged rope, exposed filling, broken sections, or other deterioration.

A toy should be removed from use if its condition makes continued play unsuitable.
